2 Easy ways to train your Prospect!

I would like to share with you how is easy for me to train a prospect in my MLM business. Everytime I enroll a new distributor in my MLM business and they choose  to work closely with me (remember is their choice to work or not...i don not like to push people to do the work) to design their marketing campaign I do the following:

1. I educate them firs by giving them the ebook "Success in 10 Steps" (In my group is mandatory to read it If they want to work with me). Everyone needs to be reading a book at all times. I'm personally going through all of Michael Dlouhy's material right now. (Education is permanent, and is something that should always be going on aside from taking consistent action daily)

The more you educate yourself, the more likely your ability to provide solutions to others becomes. The more able you are to provide solutions, the stronger you become as a leader, and the more people who become "attracted" to working with you.

2. Then I make a list of different marketing strategies for them and I ask them to pick 2 or as many as they want:

a. Video Marketing (youtube...this is my favorite)
b. Social networking
c. forums
d. articles
e. blogging
f. Craigslist
g. Solo Ads

When they choose two, we start working together.

I don't ad the  splash pages because in my MLM business we already have great material, I don't use  adwords because I do believe in FREE ways to get LEADS, and  search engine optimization is for advanced people only.

Depending on the level of knowledge that the new distributor has it could be possible that they need to spend the majority of their time in the beginning on education.

After all without education you can't really provide content, or teach others.

The process we go through in my team when mentoring is catered to the individual, because after all......this business in my eyes is about THEM. Not me.

We have conference calls 5 days a week plus my team cac call me any time for questions and 1 on 1 support and mentoring. I thing this is a winning game for them when they have that type of education and support.
