I love tools to help stay organized and focused, and here are three little favorites.

They're Free, simple, work great:...and they're FUN!

1. An easy to use MInd Map:

2. A To-Do List Maker that's easy, allows you to keep a running list of all the stuff you've got going on,  check them off when you're done, and even e-mail yourself (or others) your list:

3. The Sleeper! A way to get priorities in priority, Lets you "prioritize" a list of 4 or more tasks so you know what to work on first:
