5 Steps To Success For 2008

As the new year is here - so are the dreaded "resolutions" we all set for ourselves.

I don't set New Year resolutions for myself anymore. They never stick. If I'm going to change, it has to be when I'm darn good and ready. Doesn't matter if the calender reads Jan. 1st 2008 or not. If I'm not ready, I won't do it.

However this year is a bit different. I've still not set any resolutions for the 1st of the year. But I am committed to breaking old and bad habits.

Here are a few common one's I think we can all share in:

1) STOP thinking about the money. Really - who cares about the money! Ok, ok I know we all want our bottom line to look really nice for this year, but it will come if you just quit putting the cart before the horse.

2) DROP misconceptions. People don't join your company, they join YOU. You, Inc as Mike puts it. Quit following your upline herd and do what you do best. BE YOURSELF and put the Law Of Attraction to play. Nobody likes to be around some negative grump. Pick up your confidence level no matter where you are on the MLM food chain. I don't care if you are just starting out. That doesn't make you any less than anyone else here.

3) Do what you came to do: I'm not "trying" to be the BIG cheerleader for Mike and his team - but I do give credit where credit is due folks. Wipe the dust bunnies off your MS book and get to reading it today - re-read it again and again. If you've done that, then step it up a notch and go buy the MLM TF. Listen to it on the road while driving - let it seep into your subconscious while you sleep. Most important; PUT IT INTO ACTION!

4) Don't forget your downline - team: Really - it's not hard to be there for your team. Instead of shooting out "suggestions" go tell them what to do with it. Take what you've learned or are learning and format the sucker. Shoot it out to them right away and get them started on the right foot this year. Don't be afraid to lead and fail. Fail all the way to the top (and I know we've all heard that before).

5) Start listening to your "Adult" voice: Quite babying yourself. It's time to grow up and do what you have to do to become the successful person you desire. Get the freedom you once came for.
