6 daily actions for success

I watched Jim Britt in a mini seminar yesterday on my computer. One of the videos that I watched was his "6 Daily Actions" for success.  These are extremely important to the success of any home business, and I wanted to pass them along to you. 

1.  Use your product and share it with others.  If you don't use your product why would other people?  If you are using your product but not telling anyone, how will they know?  If others see you using your product, and see how much you love it, they will want it too.

2.  Share the opportunity.  Again, if you don't share it, how will others know about what you are doing and want to do it too?

3.  Follow UP!!!!  This is extrememly important.  If someone asks you for information, and you give it to them, and then never follow up, they are going to think you aren't serious about your business and won't be supportive.  Also, think about your own life.  You see something interesting, or there is something you need or want to do.  Before you get to it, the kids get home from school, hubby comes home from work, or you go to work, shopping needs to be done, the dogs need to be fed, you do the laundry, and suddenly the thing you wanted to do or needed to look at is at the back of your mind.  Sending a note or making a call to remind that lead that you are still there if they need anything could be the push that gets you your next business partner.  I'm not saying to bug them and pester them, but a friendly "Hi, this is Sonya, remember, we spoke last week.  I was just seeing how you were doing and letting you know that I'm available if you had any questions." can do wonders for your business.

4. Build yourself a team.  A good team consists of two parts, the success unit, and the power unit.  The success unit is you plus your top line, depending on how your company's pay plan is structured.  A power unit is getting your success unit their success unit. 

5.  Look for self-sustaining leaders.  As you build your team, learn to identify the members of your team that don't need hand holding, or extra help, and think of ways to encourage them to grow. 

6. Apply self management.  This one, to me, is the most important of the six.  Learning to manage yourself and your thoughts will go such a long way towards making you successful.  Have you worked your business today or did you find other things to do?  Did you keep in the proper mindset?  Did you set a daily goal for yourself, and accomplish it? 

At the end of every day, can you look back and say, I did some sort of action for each of these catagories today?  If you can say that every evening, then you will be successful, no matter how long it takes.
