7 Surefire Writing Tips For Your Network Marketing Email
During the process of establishing some form of relationship with your prospect, you will find yourself filling them important details and information about your business. How you write will reflect on how professional you are and do towards your business.
I am going to share with you today 7 major points on how you can write a professional email that your prospect will respect you for your leadership, professionalism and honestly.
- Salutions. When you are writing to show your professionalism and leadership, you will want to start with a formal Dear follow by your prospect last name. Avoid using Good Morning, Good Afternoon or Good Evening as you may not know when your prospect will be reading your email. Imagine you write in the morning and your prospect reads it at night, wouldn't it be funny when it says Good Morning, Your Prospect Name.
- Be concise and straight to the point. Never use emoticons, fluffy words or jargons to impress your prospect. Just go straight to the point as the key in writing your email to them is "Express" not impress. Write to them in short sentences and in the most direct way possible. This will help your prospect to understand and present you as a leader in whatever industry you are in.
- Check your grammar. Remember that bad english will reflect poorly upon you. Ok that's common sense but the relationship that you have just establish with your prospect is frail, so you have to proceed with caution. Your words will make or break your prospecting thru email. By using correct grammar, you will make your prospect wants to read your email even more and eventually get the result you want.
- Check your spelling. This is important, considering everyday we are pounding away words that can only be understood in the world of IM. Before you click on the send button, reread and double-check every single word to see if you have any IM words that are in your email.
- Eliminate chat room culture. This is closely tied to the above point. We are so used to chatting online and what we are going to write may well reflect what we are doing everyday. Your prospect may not understand your chat room words or culture. Once they don't understand, they will delete your email with just a simple mouse click. Do you want that to happen?
- Pay attention to your Bold, Upper and Lowercase words. This is crucial as you will be sure that your prospect will be able to read your email with ease and get to your point fast.
- Close with care. Strike a posture with them while closing. This again enable you to show your leadership that is sprinkled throughout your email. Below are some of the appropriate closing that you may use to great effect:-
A) Warmest Regards,
B) All The Best,
C) Respectfully Yours,

Fantastic!
Fanatastic article. It is well needed. You can tell alot about someone by reading their email. The salutation portion is so important. I receive so many emails that start with Hey! If your email does not have spell and grammar check. Just type in word and make the necessary corrections and then paste in your email window. Thanks again,
Highest Regards,
