8 Steps to Building Positive Rapport with Your Prospects

1.  Ask the Prospect What they Like.  Everything in Attraction Marketing is centered around relationships.  A lot can be learned by asking someone what they like or enjoy.  People skills are very important.  Take a genuine interest in your prospect's responses.

2. Open with a compliment-  "Wow, you seem very motivated" or " I like your leadership skills."

3.  Build Trust-  get them talking about themselves..Family...Occupation...Hobbbies...etc

4.  Build Rapport- by sharing similar stories...Let the Prospect know you

5. Ask questions...like Oh...you're a waitress? Where?  Steak House? or ...

6 Control the Conversation...don't grill them interact...steer the conversation

7.  SMILE- Your prospect can hear the Smile in your voice

8.  Work on Developing Listening Skills-  We know that Prospects respond to people they know, like and trust.  If they "your Prospect"  that you have actively listened, They will develop an admiration and respect for you.
