- Put away 4 to 6 months worth of income for emergency purposes - You never know what circumstances are going to arise, so if you have this income, you will be safe. It may take a while to build up this reserve but it is well worth it.
- Invest at least 15% of your income - If you do this, you will put yourself into a position where your income stream can create other income streams. This is true financial freedom. Safe, stable real estate investments are great options for this money.
