5 Important Things You Must Know

1. Electricty is a funny beast!--  Inform your customers that the Energy Is A Commodity!  It is bought and sold on the market place, so every day is a fluctuating price.  The totals are then averaged for the month and that is what you are billed according to. Therefore you just can't compare one bill to the next looking for a savings.
2. Not even Con Ed knows their rates-- You can call Con Ed and ask how much the kilowatt cost was in particular month, hang up, call back and recieve a different quote muliple times...( I know I have done it)
3. The savings are real--Don't think that you have to convince your customers that the savings are real, just do 2 simple things print out the FAQ's section of the con ed page under www.poweryourway.com which say "YES there is a 7 percent saavings" and hand them the Ambit energy savings Gaurentee that you can get in the back office ambit store. (It is well worth it to put the certificate in their handsand let them keep it.)
4. Don't abandon your customers!  Most likely they are close to you so take the time to show them any important news that may arise concerning the service in the area.  ESPECIALLY THE RATE INCREASES! Assure them that theses increases are made across the board by CON ED not by Ambit Energy.
5. For GOODNESS SAKE send them a thank you!-- You will be surprised what a simple little thank you card or 5 dollar Dunkin Doughnuts gift card will do for your repoire with them.
