And The Oscar Goes To.....

 What a great job he did playing that part.  It was so believable.  She just seemed to embody that role.  Bravo! 

These are the kind of comments one hears when referring to an actor or actress who did a great job at portraying themselves as someone that they are not.  They seem to just transform into their characters.

Believe it or not, being a network marketer is almost the same thing, with one exception, and I will address that in just a moment.  

When we come to the realization that it is not our MLM's, or our products, or our comp plans that has people interested and eager to join our companies, great things begin to happen.  As we embrace the concept of being a leader, speaking as a leader, thinking as a leader, and marketing ourselves as a leader; we are seen as, heard as, thought of as, and sought out, as a LEADER!  We literally have the capability of transforming ourselves and how people view us as the leader we know ourselves to be.  We become what we say we are and we present ourselves that way. 

Here is the exception I mentioned earlier.  We are NOT actors.  We cannot take on our role as a leader and then somewhere down the road,  pretend like our contract is up, and move on to something else. We either are, or we are not. Nothing more, nothing less.
