It takes a Coach and Mentor to tell You the Truth when You don’t want to hear the “Truth “ just like the little boy in this video did “NOT” want to hear that the song he chose to sing was NOT the right song for him.

But when his Mentor stopped him and told him the “Truth” he made the Immediate Decision to perform another Song. Simon (the Mentor) was about to be booed for telling this 12 year old boy the Truth.

I found this to be a great life lesson and example about “Being” a True Mentor to others...

In the beginning, to be a good leader, I found I need to be an intelligent follower.
