Are you open for business
The subject of this article is “Are you open for business?” What I mean by this is simple. Let’s say you own a McDonald’s franchise. Would you keep it open as much as possible or would you keep a padlock on the front door for days and weeks at a time? Silly question, isn’t it? Of course you would want to keep it open as much time as possible.
Well in our business, what is it that we do? We get paid for piquing and presenting! Not only is that what we get paid for, but our organization is watching us to then duplicate our behavior. Remember, they will duplicate even more so a lack of action.
Look at your last 4 days, as an example. How many people have you piqued? How many people have you presented to? Look at your next 3 days in your planner. How many appointments do you have set? How many PBR’s are scheduled? That will give you a good picture of whether your franchise is open or pad locked.
The beauty of what we do is that we can open for business whenever we want. Our company has just recently made some historic changes for us to get paid more money even quicker.
Remember the reason why you are doing this and it will give you the courage to continue through trying times. Understand that it takes consistent effort, whether you feel like it or not.
May I give you the secret to our financial success? The secret is this. I have made a habit of doing things when I did not feel like doing them. Most people do this business only when they feel like it.
In conclusion, ask yourself, “Am I open for business?”.
