Are Your Prospects Paying You To Become Leads?

Every day on this site I read people asking how much they should be paying for leads and it blows my mind.  I even read people asking how much they should spend acquiring their own leads (which is better) but that still drives me crazy.

I've discovered a way where my leads pay me to become my leads.  How, you may ask?  Simple.  By using a system that one of the top marketing minds has developed.  This is not some fly by night system or one with outrageous financial claims, but one that has been proven and sought after by the top marketers worldwide.

The process was developed by Matt Bacak and has been used effectively in every niche and industry.

The process is simple and only involves a few steps.  The first step is a squeeze page where you talk about a free CD/DVD that you will send people if they pay shipping and handling.  They become a lead and you bill them for the S&H.  Then in addition to the CD/DVD, you can send them marketing information, product info, even information on other products and services you offer.  The S&H costs covers everything (CD/DVD costs, shipping, even the printing of the marketing material).  The second step is a sales page outlining the benefits of the CD/DVD and offering bonuses for people who take you up on your "free" offer.  One of the bonuses is a strategy session, which you call and schedule once the person "buys" the CD/DVD.  During this strategy session (which they request and beg you to call them), you can sign them up for your opportunity, market info through an affiliate program, even sell them a high ticket item like a seminar, coaching, etc.  You are viewed as a leader by these people and they will be open to anything you suggest because you are helping them succeed and they trust you to help their business.

A lot of people will offer something for free to acquire leads, but they still have to pay the cost to acquire these leads.  With this model, your costs are totally covered by the prospect and in fact you make money off each lead because it's very easy to upsell these people once they are in the process.

During a call I did with Matt recently, he talked about a case study that he did after people were questioning how effective his process was.  He sent out an email to his list talking about a free teleseminar.  As people went to the teleseminar page they were given the opportunity to get the free CD.  As people "bought" the CD he contacted them and upsold a $5000 coaching program that he had as well as a $12000 program.  After effectively working the process once he sent out a second email and brought a new set of people into the process.  His total for the month was over $220,000 (in profit).  These numbers may sound like BS but this case study is well documented.

This process works extremely well with all types of businesses, especially network marketing.  In fact, most network marketing companies even provide (for either free or a low cost) CDs and DVDs you can use.  Can you imagine how much more effective it would be mailing out these CDs and DVDs to people that are paying you for them and only talking to those people who you know that are fully qualified and interested?  Think about what that would do for your business.  If your upline tries to tell you that buying leads is the best way or even acquiring your own leads, let them in on your "secret" and tell them the only thing better than free leads are ones that you get paid to acquire.

Matt calls this process "The Formula".  He should have called it "The Miracle".

To our success,

Chuck
