Become A Better Listener

 

There are some people that are self absorded in then self.

 

If fact they do not even notice that you are not paying attention to them.

In this business you must be a good communicator

Communication is vital to your new prospect,

Also communication is a two way conversation 

 

which is both talking and listening.

Tips what to do to become a better listener

Pay attention to the person speaking

Make sure you are concentrated

Give the speaker your full attention

 

 

And do not get distracted

Make sure you do not interrupt when they

are still talking no matter how hard it my be 

 

Make sure you are non-judgmental

and have the right facial expressions

Make sure that you once in awhile say yes

What ever you do remember to talk when they

are done talking.

 

If they said something and you do not understand

It is okay to ask then questions for clarification

While talking be sure to respectfully share honest beliefs,

feelings,or opinions about what was heard.

Being a good leader in your team will not only help you understand

 

your team better it will help you become a better

leader and a mentor someone will follow you.

Listening gives you a better chance to build meaningful

MLM relationships

If some one is not Paying attention to me when I am talking it is a Turn off.  When we talk to our Clients it should be like no one else is the room.  It is one thing if a kid pulls on our Leg put it is anouther if it is intentional like doing the Dishes while we talk to them.  Not good.

When talking to our clients it should be that no one else is in the room. All of our attention is at our client they see that. This will  make them take interested in  our product
