Confidence, Attitude, Posture= Leader
Read More: Have you ever sat in the airport people watching and taking guesses about them by their appearances and what they are carrying? Thinking "Oh, there is a stay at home mom or there is a guy on a business trip?" Seeing how people carry themselves and the attitude they have tells you a lot about them and their lives.
It is the same in your home business. You can be a brand new marketer from day one who has the posture of a leader and will gain a team rather quickly or you can be a person who has been in the industry for years and who knows everything there is to know but does not have the posture to pull it off. Which one would you rather be?
I know the choice is the obvious one but now you are wondering how to become the one perceived as a leader on day one. Confidence, attitude, and posture= Leader.
Confidence comes with belief- belief in yourself, your business, your product, your leaders and your industry. Believe in these things and you will have the confidence that you need to be a leader both in and out of your network marketing business. It will come across in your voice on the phone, the way you talk to people when you are out and about, and in every part of your daily life.
Attitude comes from knowing that you have something that will change someones life if they choose to make that choice. Not everyone that you speak to will see the opportunity in your business that you see but you are looking for the ones that do. Attitude comes from knowing that you are the one handing someone the key to their dreams and desires. Attitude is not thinking that they are doing you a favor by looking at your business but that you are doing them one.
Posture is knowing how to handle yourself even when you don't have all of the answers. It is keeping it together when you have a tough question, a tough prospect, a tough day. It is staying in the game and carrying yourself like a pro whether it is your day one in the business or your day 100. Posture is not what you say but how you say it.
When you combine all three of these you will have a lethal combination. Find a business that has many different ways to teach you and train you on how to gain posture, attitude and belief. A business in not one just formed around a product but around you as an individual and teaching you to reach for your goals.

I love people watching, always have. When I had more time I used to make up whole background stories for some of the more interesting characters I came across in any social setting. Is that sad lol :)
I remember many years ago, meeting someone who had problems in their life (hmm who doesn't at times?) and after listening to them for a while, and trying to help them shed a more positive light on some of the things that were going on for them, that person said to me:
"you are so together! you know exactly what you want and where you are going!"
I hadn't even talked about me or anything that was going on for me, we talked only about him - I was 20 years old, no special relationship, a dead end job at the time and a life that looked as if it had few prospects if someone took a long hard look at it from the outside - but I did have confidence to know that when I decided which direction to go in I would go where I wanted and be where I wanted, I always knew that the only person holding me back was me. Confidence and posture were never a problem and attitude came with knowledge when I was ready to open myself up to developing it..
Thanks for that little trip down memory lane, I haven't thought about that incident for a while but I think it was a turning point for me in a lot of ways, the first time that someone else had overtly tapped into the inner qualities I always knew were there..
