Conviction does'nt say I will test it 1st I am not sure so I will test for awhile.

Conviction
Hi Juanita.
Conviction. Belief. One's knowledge of oneself, what one knows.
The ability to use that knowledge in a way that is impowering to self and
others. The skill to display that conviction under any and all circumstances
and come out like a ray of sunshine at the end. These are the things that count.
You are right on about your article. See, believe and notice the light at the end
of the tunnel.

I have conviction, and I can't see myself losing it. I've always felt like a leader in whatever I do. I always want to be the center of attention and the person to listen to. I feel as though everything I've ever learned prepared me for the conversation to be "right" about. You are so right that education will make the leader, the money, and the success. I have NOT been a network marketer for as long as many people here, it's not even been a full year. But I KNOW that in these months that have been going by, I've educated myself for the limitless possibilities of life. I just have to keep going and build my team so that when we approach ANY TASK or ANY COMPANY, it will already be understood what the goals are. I loved the fact that you said, "its not about the numbers so and so made....", IT IS OUR OWN NUMBERS THAT WILL MATTER and the knowledge of knowing how many people it takes to make X amount of money. ( I just wrote that in my notes). Thanks for inspiration.

Nice to see a woman who gets it. It takes GUTS to build this business and if your a sissy, go home and live a life of quiet despiration knowing very well that you have a strong calling on your life to do something with your self.
Most people are in this business for themselves and that is a deadly mistake. You have to be in it for others. As soon as you make that transition, you will take your business to the next level.

Conviction means different things to different people. It depends on what their definition of conviction is to them.
One thing I do know is that someone either has it or they don't and you cannot make them have conviction. It all comes from within
