Criticism...How To Kill Your Business
Criticism...How To Kill Your Business
Once criticisms are introduced the foundation for distrust is started. Now, there is nothing that can destroy focus and momentum faster than distrust. Criticism will result in gossip and gossip will lead to deception which will then lead to distrust.
Don’t you think you are better served by taking into account the strength and weaknesses of others before we start blaming them? Ponder your own actions, not your intent, and see if some of the blame is not on your shoulders.
The following is not recommended for Network Marketing builders;
Criticism
Gossip
Deception
Inaccessibly
Arrogance
Unreliability
Lack of honesty
Lack of truth
Pessimism
Folks, believe it or not we are in a people business we are not in a product business or an opportunities business. If you are trying to build for the future you will want to pay close attention to my list.
Nothing that you say in private will stay private and above all do not criticize others. Your success depends on the willing effort from your team.
Do not destroy that willingness to build, praise people for what they do overlook or render their weakness harmless. People want to be appreciated for what they do. As a leader make sure everyone is rewarded accordingly.
If you do this I can assure you that your business is being built on a solid foundation of good will. Be kind to yourself think well encourage all around you to do the same and you will lead each other to success.
Be an example and don’t be stingy with your praise. Create an environment where others will contribute to your effort from desire not intimidation.
Operate from “Plenty not Lack”.
LIVE YOUR DREAMS....in the process help others build for the future.

Great Advice Elwood!
This is some great advice Elwood. I just received some disappointing news about my business from a source that I trust. I was told that it was a scam. I was feeling good about everything before hand; now I'm not so sure. I haven't received a check yet because I just moved up in rank. I should be expecting some kind of commission next month. I'll just have to see how everything turns out next month. In the meantime, I'll just try to keep my head up and my fingers crossed. Thanks for the encouraging advice.

This Advice Should Apply...
To all areas of our lives. You must not allow these things into your business as they will eat away at the foundation, and soon the house will fall.
The next thing on the list
Hypocrasy = H-Y-P-E
And if you Find your Self around people
Who are negitive and throwing up on you there negitivism and View POINTs Run Run Run.
When you are Building a Business your mind must be coming from Abundance and not Lack.
Do not allow anyone to throw up on you. Not your upline or your Downline.

Very Well Put
I know that if someone were to introduce themselves to me with their arrogance and criticism I would probably not pay attention to them for very long. I strongly agree that no one wants to be belittled for what they are doing, whether it be wrong or right, especially when those mistakes are being taught by their mentor or up line.
I guess that the best thing to remember when helping others with their business is that you are there to help and that their mistakes are not their fault. This of course is assuming that they have not been notified of those mistakes.

You won't believe this
But there are actually people out there that are being taught how to run down other companies and then offer you theirs as the perfect opportunity! And the sad part is they are deceiving people into believing XYZ company is perfect without applying the same intense scrutiny to their own company. Critical, deceitful, dishonest and sad.

Your thoughts go well beyond NWM!
Although it seems that your post might be directed at someone or some incident, the point is well taken and should not be limited to just network marketing.
The funny thing is that in order for us to appreciated the good and the positive the negative must exist as a contrast. Without black we could not know white.
Practice, practice, practice is what it takes to combat those negativities because as much as we dislike them they will surface again over a life time.
Thanks, Elwood! Got it from your heart.
