Read More: This comment from a friend caught my attention today. At first I thought that this title was rather threatening but I then remembered when I was spiritually dead for a few years and it was like being in a void of some sort. Every day was just a continuation of the same old, same old.
The is really a gift of this internet marketing. There is so much positive and supportive material and people that I have totally changed my daily mind set - strongly aided by the mental cleanse suggested by Mentoring for Free.
Its funny when you first come on board, (at least for me - I can only speak for myself) - was all about making some money and looking for suitable products to promote. Well that’s what business is like, right? However, each day as I read, I grow and learn more I hear again and again....it is about myself. It is about growing and learning and developing so that others will want to be around me and hearing what I have to contribute. That is certainly true about others - I seek out the positive contributors, I emulate their actions and follow their suggestions.
Another nice perk of being online is the great stimulation it gives your brain. Recently I just learned that the brain cells are actually able to renew and duplicate themselves....but they need stimulation. Learning something new each day is the best stimulation they can have. AND I sure had a lot to learn to be using this medium the way I am now!!! <!--break-->

Good perspective
It amazes me - constantly - how many people are out there scurrying around like rodents trying to make a few bucks, and have zero interest in personal development - whether their own or someone else's.
I appreciated your article, and I hope many others out there will read it. I'm not involved with your program, but it sounds like it is probably a good thing.
I didn't get into network marketing to make a few bucks; I got into this business because I like working with people and seeing people grow. Unless you've coached someone and seen the success that they acheived as a result of your own guidance and mentoring, then you probably don't understand the inner satisfaction, sense of accomplishment, and pure joy that comes from helping others.
Too often, people don't realize this until far too late. And while this is unfortunate, we should look at the brighter side of things: Better Late Than Never!

Great Article Rachel. The title really caught my attention. I've been studying Bob Proctor's teachings lately and he said something very similar that struck a chord with me. I believe his words were that "for a lot of people, when they die, they beating of their heart is just a formality. They've already been dead for years".
It's just so important that we really LIVE our lives while we have the chance.
