Did You Buy The First Shinny Used Car The Salesman Showed You?

Most people that enter a Networking Marketing program spend less time investigating the opportunity than they did buying a used car. They value the sales pitch more than they do the facts, they buy the sizzle not the steak. They make EMOTIONAL decisions and that can cost years of frustration and failure.

Network Marketing is a well paid profession and should be treated as such. If you want to become a doctor you need an education, the same is true for any profession. You need information and counseling just to decide the area of specialty that fits you best. Network Marketing is no different.

Most of the people I work with that failed at their business made an emotional decision initially. They relied solely on the information provided by the sponsor who featured the product rather than what it took to be successful. They were mesmerized by the wonders of the product. They joined without understanding what they had to do to make it work. They made an emotional decision.

Those that took the time to educate themselves in the details of what was needed to have a successful business, made informed decisions. They picked opportunities that fit their personality types and temperament. They had a much better chance of succeeding because they had an understanding of what they were getting involved in and how they were going to make it work. This is an informed decision based on information.

Be careful accepting what the used car salesman tells you. I am sure you would take the car to a mechanic before buying.  One should give at least that much attention when choosing an opportunity where you could spend years and accomplish nothing. This is your future treat it with respect. Take the time to learn before committing time or money.

They See Me Comin'

I like the sales process when it's done well. And I'm easily sold. Of course the emotion runs high for bright shiny objects with or without wheels and they see me comin' with my I'm ready to buy whatever it is your selling, full price of course, but you'll have to let me act like I'm negotiating for a minute or two sticker on my forehead. But I'm learning, educating myself as you say, and I'll be just fine. Take the time to learn ? You bet.

vigilance

Buyers of used cars should be vigilant in checking all parts of the car.. Don’t get lost with the sugarcoated talk of the salesman. I’ve seen a lot of great used cars which have a “close to perfection” exterior but the interior has lots of damaged.. Carefully look at seats, arm rest, carpets and other parts of the interior. Some flaws like this cigarette burns on the arm rest and seat cover http://autoplasticsurgeon.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/interior-repair... http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y226/superbracey/Cortina/IMG_0039.jpg would be barely noticeable when you first look at the used car being offered to you. Everyone deserves to have the best especially if they would pay for it right?
