Do You Have Your Own Product?

If you want to make it big in business you need one thing.  Your own product. Think about it for a minute, who makes more money? The person who owns the product or the person who sells the product? Obviously the person who owns the product.

Even if you are paying a 50% commission, you are getting half the money while the person selling is doing all the work. Pretty sweet, huh? But most commissions are not that high. So it definitely pays to be the product owner.

Now, the way to get ALL the money is to own the product AND sell it. Then you keep all the profits. If you don't have a product already, I am going to give you the easiest way to create one. Interview an expert. That's right follow my lead and find an expert to interview. 

Then make sure that you record the call and then burn the recording on to a CD.  Also, make sure that you transcribe the call or pay someone to do it for you.  Then you can sell the CD and transcript for one price or split them up and sell them separately.

You can even find a few experts on a topic and then take the content from your interviews and create an ebook.  Don't know where to find these experts? Two places I have used are: http://www.guru.com and http://www.rtir.com.  You can also do a search on Google for experts on your topic.

This will allow you to create a low cost product (most ebooks sell for under $100). What if you want to sell a high end product? That is where the real money is afterall.  Say you want to make an extra $10,000 per month and your ebook costs $37 per book. That means you have to sell 270 of them per month, which breaks down to 68 of them per week and 10 per day. That's a lot of books.

Now imagine that you have a product that sells for $5000. You would only have to sell 2 per month. That's a lot easier. When you know how to do it, selling a $5000 product is no harder than selling one that is $37.

Now you are probably wondering how you can create a $5000 product. I know the quickest
way to do it. Partner with someone who knows how to do it.

Work with the smartest mind in all of marketing to create a high-end product, need to sell fewer of them than the low priced products and reap massive profits.
