Do You Know This One Question Can Make You Millions?

Yes, it can. I'm serious. This one question, I'm about to share below is going to bust your business and open it so wide, you're going to be running around, like I am at the moment. Ok, ok, I'm always running around, jumping, getting excited but hey, business is fun too:

Ready for this question? Cause we sometimes have MLM, Network Marketing rolling in our head, coming out of ears and forget this question:

The One Question
"So tell me mate, what is the one thing you LOVE doing."

I asked someone this question. Man, did I get it. I asked:

"Oh right. So, you like photography then? Is that the One Thing You Love Doing?"

That was it it people! The man suddenly gave one big grin and then started talking how he started photography. How he went on this and that. Then stories of people he met. And how he loved to travel to this place and that place, to take photos.

I couldn't get a word in but hey, I didn't want to. Honestly, I didn't want to. He went on for 45 MINUTES! Can you believe this. And when he finished, get ready...when he finished, he said the magic words. The words I have always been waiting for people to say when you sit with them.

Then The Door Slammed Wide Open
"I really enjoyed this conversation you know. Hey, I'd like you to come and see my photographs at my house. Just sorting out new ones to frame."

"Yeah, sure, when."

"How about today!"

So today, at 2pm I was there. At his house. His wife and kids were there and straight away when I came in, he dragged me off to his studio. Showed me around the place. Then it came, out of the blue, the words..

"You know, I wish I could get more people to me, so I can sell more photographs."

I know, I know. You're thinking, "now is the time."

No, no, no. I did that before and this time, I learnt to, "shut your mouth and listen. Keep listening.

He said, "I was wondering about a website too but you know, I'm sure there's more to it. You know, how to get people to you, how to create like a newsletter. If only some of these programmers invented something so easy for me to use."

I was like, "Aaaaaaaaaaah!" Inside, not out. Inside of me. I had to bite my lips and just keep listening.

"You know, my wife too, she wants to do a website but she says, she did it before and couldn't get lots of people to her website. She's...LOOKING for ANSWERS to finding out how."

It was after a cup a tea with the family that I said, "You know, you mentioned about this and that."
"Yes?" he replied.
"Well, I can't promise you anything mate but I can help."

The Messages On The Phone
I arrived home today people. I arrived home at 2.55pm in afternoon and he left four messages on my phone. He eagerly, badly, needs to know what I got for him.

That one question. Just one. Not master technique la la la, boom awesome, massive, knowledge, fifty thousands books, with different ways to prospect, but......one question..

"So, if you had the time, the money, and all you need, what would be that ONE thing you'd like to do for the rest of your life." Or, "so got one hobby you love doing?" You get the idea.

Is The Business In Your Head Or Has It Moved To Your Heart As Well?
We as Marketeers and MLM, sometimes, think "marketing, mlm, marketing, mlm, marketing, mlm, traffic, traffic, seo, LSI, themes, Marketing, Mlm, Prospecting techniques, and more techniques," and becoems so technical and think from our head...and not our...HEARTS!

The guy is ordering not just one Magnetic Sponsoring, his wife is, his mate in photograph is, and he has a whole team of photographers who got website that isn't moving traffic!

All because of one question.

Making What Is Easy Difficult
Why are we making prospecting hard? Why are we making social media as some big deal when it's not! No, it's not. It's like anything else. A tool! We, the people are the magic. The people in these forums are the magic.

Why are we making technology as some God given gift of the end all and rack our heads, thinking, the answer is something deep, out there, in the Galaxy, within many Universes.

Give me a break. It's simple. We make it hard because we tend to be so frustrated in getting a sale, in getting to pay the rent, in getting to pay the bills when we need to focus on the job at hand..

Find out what the people love, want, and give it to them!

Your Acres Of Diamond
A guy had acres of diamonds in his back yard, he travelled the world finding diamonds because some monk told him about a place. He travelled, looked, and fought, and died finding NO diamonds.

Then one guy comes to the house that man use to live in, and buys the place. Right outside, a couple of steps not thousands of miles away, in another country - he finds diamonds!

Yeah, right at the place where the other man use to stand, complain, wonder what went wrong, and who wanted diamonds so badly, that he didn't see them glittering underneath him.

The Law Of Supplying To The Demand
This my friends is called the law of Supply and Demand. You find out what people need and you give it to them. Not force it on them. Just ask the questions. Just ask, keep it shut and hey, listen and Bam! The answer comes at you, like someone is throwing meat balls with big letters that say "I.....Want....This....I....Need....This....I...Want....You...To....Show...Me..A Way...To...Do...This!

Life, years ago, must have been screaming it's head at me. Slapping me with invisible effects that really did take effect in my life in past. Saying to me, "Don't You Get it! Why can't you see it! Please wake up! It's right before your eyes!

So Before You Do A Video Ask This:
Pay attention here please. Have you ever done a video, where you bang and slam dunk a camera on your face, press record and said:

"Ok, I have these skills and I like to just produce products etc. But...I'd like you to tell me what it is you want to help you. Tell me what kind of product will help you. And I'll get it done and that way, you get a product, a service, that does the job. And you get 90 days 100%, money back guarantee!"

I did just that with my email. I sent an email and I got lots of emails back say, "Ok, this is what I am looking for, and "this is what I am really looking for because others don't cut it!"

Ask the people. It's ok to ask. They'd appreciate it if you ask them what on earth they want. I got 800 emails back saying.....Ok, we know what you can do, can you do these video training on______."

When they said that, it hit me beause I asked to myself, "Why didn't you see this is what they needed." It was right before me. It was in every comment someone left under my training videos. It was in youtube, other places and I didn't look into it more. Didn't see what needed to be seen.

Have You Ask The People...what they want?
Ask them and see what happens. Get ready to be blown away when you find out, they want more of what you got because you...asked them and listened, and provided what...they WANT not what you want.

Hehehe that was awesome and I had thought about that before. So many people are doing things backwards! Focusing on the product instead of the person. Something very valuable I learnt when I studied Marketing at the University was that emotions are what move people. And that focusing on the product is a really bad approach. We'd call that "Marketing Blindness"

What a brilliant article, Adam.
I think we sometimes lose sight of why we joined an MLM business. Our prospects must have similar reasons. So we need to find out what they are to hit the 'Hot Button'.

Yes, very true mate. You got it, "hot button" their passion, their dreams, what they love the most, their emotion. Man, imagine if we all did that and just asked the million question.

I wish someone did years ago. No one ever did but I learnt too myself. One of my mistakes years ago but it's awesome when you do. You see their eyes light up.
