I am pretty sure he will keep his position as a generic MLMarketer.Meaning that I do not believe he is going to take side with a single offer...when he can make lot more money selling to the millions of persons already in this industry...and I am predicting that the amount of people that will jump in the MLM wagon will skyrocket...not only because the rate of unemployment but because the new way of develop the down line...plus the fact that large group of people start to understand the benefits of this model that someone called the " democratic system of the economy".
Even if he jump to the arena with his own company...he(TRUMP) probably will choose something that ALL MULTILEVEL MARKETERS CAN FREELY USE TO DEVELOP MASSIVE INCOME NO MATTER WHICH OPPORTUNITY THEY ARE PROMOTING.
"The trend is your friend" use to say the Wall Street brokers.
The same apply here with our industry.
Baby boomers like me and several others technically challenged people are finding "all in one place" marketing platforms...making a lot easier to develop successful and strong teams.This is a trend right here right now and come to stay still for long while.
Another trend that is gaining adepts fast and furious is ...that you will offer to your army of leads several options for them to choose.Like it or not.Believe it or not.Agree with it or not.
Anyways I do not want to bore you with a rant or a blatant sales pitch...specially with my bad English.

People will jump on the name, if they are not taught HOW to think only WHAT to think they will be one of millions who jump in because of hype and not because they have accurate information to make good wise decisions. Trumps endorsement of network marketing could be a good thing, or it could be bad. He has never built a downline, he has never been a network marketer, he has money to invest. He sees it as a good investment, so maybe it is. I think so, but I will stick with those who have done it and I will follow their footprints.

Ummm ... he's been with ACN
Ummm ... he's been with ACN for a few years now; He actually came into ACN as I was leaving it 4 years ago. He also did a show about 2 weeks back on "The Celebrity Apprentice" where he Featured ACN, inviting two of it's 5 founders to the show, and even had his two teams come up with a Pitch for the Top Reps to vote on; an entertaining show and overall good one both for ACN, and Network Marketing as a whole. It really helped to Showcase us as a Legit Business Model.

Distributor or Owner?
Connie's right. The Donald will operate as the owner of a Network
Marketing company and not necessarily as an independent distributor.
Much like the position Warren Buffett maintains with The Pampered Chef.
No doubt, his name and likeness is bound to attract many to the MLM
industry which will help to promote it as a viable means to earn an income.
It appears like the wellness company he's aligned with will boost the success
of his venture.

Yes, it's true that Donald Trump is endorsing a company called ACN of which (for benefit of full disclosure) I am currently an independent representative. He wanted to buy ACN but it wasn't on the table. So he just recently purchased a wellness company (of which I was a previous marketer, but am still a customer) called Ideal Health. They have renamed it the Trump Network. I knew it was just a matter of time before he would find one he could put his name on.
