Don't wish it was easier; wish you were better.
Contrary to what you may be hearing on the news, the sky is not falling! I know the negative voices are out, trying to spread fear and doubt. But, the sky is not falling and the sun will still rise. There will always be a voice saying it won't work. There will always be people that want to live in fear. Don’t be one of those people. Believe in yourself. Believe in the network marketing concept.
Over the years there have been all kinds of opportunities. Have you ever considered the expansion of this country? The pioneers didn't get in their 4-wheel drive trucks and set out on the interstate heading for California. The trails were rough, physically and mentally. They faced plenty of adversity. And that is the way of life, opportunity faced with adversity. You name it, championships in sports, a beautiful garden, a business opportunity, all face adversity. The number 13 team says it wants to be number 1, the twelve teams ahead of it all say not if I can help it you won't. You won't get a bountiful harvest without having to pull some weeds and till the ground. Harvest will not come without hard work.
The winds of opportunity and adversity blow over all of us. The challenge is how do you face the wind? I refuse to face the wind fearful, jittery and looking for the sky to fall. I bought a business that I believe in! I bought a business with a leadership team that I can follow. Business is not always easy. The economy may be facing some rough waters, but the ship is not going down. This is no time to be looking for the life rafts. This is the time to fight for our financial future.
I spent 20 years as a traditional business owner. The internet put me out of business. But I found something better. Network marketing. And now the “recession” has put the fear in many, but not in me. What about you?
1. Don't wish it was easier; wish you were better. Don't wish for less problems; wish for more skills. Don't wish for less challenges; wish for more wisdom.
2. Resolve says, "I will" The man says "I will climb this mountain; they told me it is too high, too far, too steep, too rocky, and too difficult. But it's my mountain. I will climb it. You will see me waving from the top or dead on the side from trying."
3. it’s not what happens to you that determines how far you will go in life; it’s how you handle what happens to you.
4. There are seldom, if ever, any hopeless situations, but there are many people who lose hope in the face of some situations.
