Article Word Count: 866 There are several problems new recruits face while training or learning the ‘ins’ and ‘outs’ of most ‘Online Income Opportunities’. This article is meant to be a continuation of the first article: “Beware All Beginning Online Entrepreneurs! The Truth Behind the Revolving Door to Online Income Opportunities © 2008”. Again I can not emphasize enough the importance of choosing the right opportunity, the right team, and the right training, before going any further in this industry. When a recruit is brought into a company they are sometimes told that they should have an ‘open mind’ and be willing to do ‘Simon says’. They may even be told that they will have the opportunity to be ‘mentored’ by the guru themselves. But once they enter the company and ask for all the training and Simon says, the recruit finds that there is actually very little to none. You are on your own! Or the recruit is told to go to a training site and figure it out their self or better yet, wait for training phone calls only to discover that the methods used are archaic and outdated for the climate of the market present day. It may be that the training site is also outdated. And what about the upline the recruit came in under? Many times (not always), the upline will get you on the team and then the recruit never hears from them again. The upline has suddenly gone MIA or into the witness protection program (figuratively speaking) and is never heard from again. The upline does nothing to help train their recruits. This is also how the upline was brought in and so the ‘bad habit’ continues. You ask, isn't that contradictory of what you would think would happen? The upline profits when the downline is successful, right? You are correct, they do. And many opportunities say that they offer a 100% fully automated system. So the business is all hands off, if that is the way you choose to do business so many choose to do exactly that – ‘hands off’! Another problem a recruit has to face is that everybody has the same ‘landing page’ or ‘splash page’. There is no ‘self-branding’! It is like a bellybutton, everyone has one. The EXACT same one! So think of how many thousands of people have already seen this exact same landing page once they click on your link? Professionals looking for new opportunities have already seen the recruits ‘landing page’ hundreds of thousands of times, and just pass it up. The exact same thing happens with many people going through ‘ads’ that have been flooded with the exact same ‘banners’ and ‘text ads’. The market is completely saturated with your advertising banners, landing pages, auto-responders, and other forms of advertising. The recruit may come to find out that over 85% of your auto responders just go into spam anyways and never get opened. In this situation there is absolutely no chance of building self credibility whatsoever. Actually what quite often happens is that viewers look up the ‘guru’ or opportunity and it leads them to the ‘gurus’ landing page and the ‘guru’ gets the sale.  The new recruit has been brought into an opportunity that is no longer ‘new’ or ‘fresh’, nor the idea of ‘self-branding’ used. In this case the market has been completely flooded with the exact same thing to the point of over-kill. Usually duplication would give you leverage in a business, but in this case there is no ‘uniqueness’ or ‘individualality’. The people looking for these positions are looking for credibility and personalism. They want to know there is actually a live person behind this ‘landing page’ that will be there for them. They want to know that they will not be ‘going it alone’. And they want to get to know the person behind the auto-responders, and that the person knows what they are doing.  The market has been over-killed with the exact same ‘gurus’ and advertisement that goes with it. This just begs the question; with all this going against them, how could any new recruit possibly make it in this business? These are just some of the faults that many of the ‘Online Business Opportunities’ (Internet Network Marketing) consist of. These are by far the largest reasons for the ‘revolving door’ phenomenon related to this industry. I will go over what exactly a new recruit should do before going into one of these scenarios, in my next article: “The Dilemmas of Online Income Opportunities Solved”, which you can find online. Colleen K.
