Five Attributes To Look For In The Company You Represent

Advice.... Hmmmm. Well there is soooo much to say in sooo little space.

 Seriously, there are 5 major things you need to make sure that your MLM company has that will insure YOUR success. We fondly call these the 5 Pillars. If the company you are associated with is missing any of these you will have a rough road ahead of you.

Pillar #1 Does your company management have "personal" experience building their own networking organization? Have they done it with Integrity?  Google their name and do a background check to find out.

Pillar #2 Has the company passed the "Early Failure" time line? 99% of new companies don't last two years. Don't join them before the two year mark. What if you did and they went under? Profit usually comes after two years of being in business. Join then.

Pillar #3 Does the company have a remarkable product at a reasonable price? If they don't sell a remarkable product or at least something they can actually put in someones' hands...(not cash gifting), then run the other direction. It could be illegal if they don't have a physical product or actual service for the money.

Pillar #4 Does the compensation plan pay part-timers?  95% of networkers are part-time people. Make sure that people can make money working part time and dont have to wait months and be at a super duper diamond platinum level before they see any checks. If they sell a product.....they should get a check.

Pillar #5 Does your company offer full free training and support that will work for everyone not just the top few. Are there books, videos, audios teaching the "system" that everyone can use equally. Is it DUPLICATABLE??? Remember, you want to build your business, not babysit all of your people. It is great when they have a "system" to plug your recruits in to

You should always, always read your Policies and Procedures!! Believe it or not there are policies that can really hurt you down the road after you have built your business up to a substantial amount and you find out they have the right to cancel your membership and take your money. It really happens.
