Fortune Network Marketing –legalese

The dictionary explains the meaning of legalese to be: noun – “language containing an excessive amount of abstruse legal terminology or of legal jargon”. It is deceptive writing at its best. Seasoned attorneys can miss the true meaning of contracts because of the volume of words used. Most contracts contain thousands of words assembled for the purpose of misleading and confusing the signers.

Legalese is a language that lawyers use to confuse other lawyers. So if a document needs another attorney to interpret it what chance does the average person have to understand it... Not much!... Without some kind of specialized training it is very hard to interpret documents written in this style. Most people fall asleep or go brain dead after reading but a few pages.

One must be studious when interpreting legalese documents. The real intent is couched in the thousands of superfluous words used. As a legal document is accepted by the courts in its whole. Actual intent can be camouflaged into many parts and into many section of the writing making it even more difficult to interpret.

I spent a year studying how interpret legal documents. I did this as a matter of self preservation as I do not trust attorneys, whether they are yours or mine. The time spent has served me well over the years. I would be happy to share this knowledge with you if you want help understanding your employment contracts. Call or email me, “I do this for free.”

Legalese or lawyer speak is written with a forked tongue.  Each attorney is trying to incorporate an advantage for their clients into contracts that can be used at a later time when it is of benefit to those retaining the attorneys. Just remember the courts accept the complete document regardless of the way the words and phrases are structured. The intent can be assembled from incomplete phrases found anywhere in the agreement.

Why do you think that companies put your agreement with them in a little window at the bottom of the page just before you click sign me up. The reason for this is they do not want you to understand what is in them. If your MLM contract runs over 10 pages it will contain language that can be detrimental to you success and financial future. Why else do you think it is there? If there is no intent to use it then they should be willing to remove it upon your request.

Don’t spend years in frustration and failure. Most Network Marketers fail because they signed onto an opportunity that is designed for them to fail. Your failure is not your fault the deck was stacked against you from the start. Your mistake was in not doing a proper due diligence before you spent your time and money.

My company’s Policies & Procedures only take up 4 pages in plain English. They even include provisions that allow my heirs to claim my residual income upon my death. I am with a company that is out front and does not need thousands of legalese words. My income is protected and residual guaranteed in those 4 pages. The question is how much lawyer speak do you need if you have an honest contract that favors its representatives?

Be sure you make an informed decision about your business and your financial future.  “PLEASE CHOOSE WISELY”

This is so True

There was a Lady in a Company 12 years making 30,000 amonth.  P&P said she could be terminated for any reason. She said they would never do that to me.  Well 8 months Later she got a Divorce and they Terminated her.  Read your P&P and if you need a Lawyer to understand them you are a gonner.
