Grandmother Scamed

Hello Friends!!

 I signed up as a distributor with [Company] in May of 2008.
I sent them $600 for which I received about $400 in product.
The other $200 was supposedly to set me up in business
with a website and a credit card system so people could
order from my site directly.

I was scheduled to keep paying another $100 per month
for the [Company] system, although I wasn't sure what
I was getting for my money.  Shortly after I started, I was contacted by a fellow who
wanted to sell me a package of leads from his company.
I accepted the introductory offer of 200 free leads, and
paid for an additional $500 package of leads. They were
supposed to be "targeted, telephone verified leads", and
I was supposed to get "ongoing, professional recruiting
assistance". The leads were useless and I got no help.  About a month later, I met Juanita online in a business
site. She introduced me to Success in Ten Steps and
Mentoring For Free. I loved the book and the free skills
calls. After a free coaching call with Michael Dlouhy, I realized
that I had been misled by both the MLM company and
the leads company. I decided to fight to get my money back. I called the MLM company and told them I was sending
back their $400 worth of product, and I wanted my money
back. They refunded me in full and stopped the monthly
charge on my credit card! There was no phone number for the leads company and
I got no response to my email request for a refund. I reported the leads company as a fraud, and my credit
card company issued me a chargeback! I strongly believe that people should not allow themselves
to get scammed. Fight back! But the best way to avoid it in the first place is to get
educated the way I did. Read Success in Ten Steps by

Mentoring For Free. And thanks a million to Juanita. I was down and out and
she saved me! I've used the money I got back to pay some
