Great Systems make a huge difference when recruiting for your business

Talk about systems. Ray Crock, Mr. McDonalds all over the world, created a big successful system a long time ago. People bought his systems (franchises) and the rest is history. Why do you think he was so successful? Was it because you can get the best hamburger in the US at McDonalds? NO!! Not even close. He was successful because anyone who owns a McDonalds franchise can hire teenagers to come in, use his systems and create wealth.

Product and comp. plans don’t make you successful. Systems do. And when I say systems, I mean a complete system which includes the pieces that bring in your customers (ads), sell them your product (marketing) and then deliver the goods.

These systems (machines) should be doing your work for you. All you should be doing is setting it all in motion (ads and marketing) and become valuable to your prospects (customer service, cashiers) that come through your system. This is not because you are lazy or unskilled but because the system you are using is duplicatable and you are not.

Your system should provide a predictable result. Show your prospects a system for attaining the results they want and they could care less about price points and competition.

Solve their problem by providing them with a system that will bring the results they desire and you will reap success beyond your wildest dreams.

There are wonderful online businesses that have the systems in place for you to step in to. The second point to look for is training. Are they willing to train you? I have found wonderful successful online marketers willing to invest themselves in your success because that is really what it is all about. A trainers success is really helping you achieve the goals you have set for you and your business.
