How can I tell if my business in on track

That was the message today from our coach Nadira Haniff in our www.180daystogreatness.com  viral marketing experiment - Day 14. That question really made me think. Am I on track? I humbled myself enough so I could be honest when answering that question. My answer was No, I was not on track. So I had to ask myself, “Carrie Mulvey, what is the deal? What piece of this are you missing?” We have a marketing plan that allows us to understand our direction and what needs to be done to bring the results. What was I missing? What was keeping me from reaching those daily goals? The answer was like a light bulb being turned on.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS & TIME MANAGEMENT As I was filling in my tracking sheet to post to the website for all to see, I saw that I was falling short in reaching some/most of the daily criteria. So I had to take a good long hard look at why. I was spinning my wheels.  Not because the plan wasn’t laid out for me, not because the work was too complicated. I was making it too complicated; I was making it seem harder than it was. I was trying to start 4 projects at the same time and wondered why I wasn’t getting any done. It had nothing to do with the marketing plan and what was rolled out for me.  This was a wake up call and a kick in the … you know what. Giddy up Carrie, it is time to change things. No excuses buck up or shut up is where I am at. But, how does one go about changing this skill set? It is not hard, put your game plan in writing for the days tasks, as a sort of check list of what to do. Give yourself a time limit for each task. If that time limit has expired, move on to the next task and come back later if you still have time. It is better to have completed 3 out of 4, then to still be spinning your wheels on the first. I have realized that this is what I have been doing. Well, no more! My agenda is in place, my game plan reconfirmed, follow me along on www.180daystogreatness.com and see how things are starting to change!  Carrie Mulvey is a professional network marketer and entrepreneur focusing in the International environment. testing testing and more testing...

I am learning that the only true way to know if your business is on the right track is to

constantly and consistently Track and Test, Track and Test and Finally... Track and Test!

This Means Everything!

...did I mention to ... Track and To Test Everything! All The Time!

Thanks
