The secret to why some people get more more leads and actually sponsoring more MLM prospects than they can handle is something YOU also possess inside of you.

The only difference between you and the "naturals" is that you haven't fully developed it. No one has ever told you what "it" is... and what it's all about.

This secret is called PROFESSIONALISM.

Let me explain...

By virtue of being a representative/distributor/ independent business relatively recently, in most companies, most of us are basically not offered the process of "becoming a professional" the way MLM started off years ago.

When network marketing (MLM) first became a profession, (it is really a profession you know) before you even had your "license" to build a team and recruit you had to prove you could move products. There were quota's that separated the leaders from the wannabes.

Once you were confident you could get customers and move product you were groomed for leadership. You were confident you know how to teach your prospects what they needed to be successful in business because you proved to yourself that you knew how to do it.

This skill of customer acquisition and leadership development made you very attractive as a sponsor and people sought you out to be on your team. You were now in a position to be selective about who you invite onto your team.

When the customer quotas were removed or reduced to help business grow faster it also reduced the professionalism requirement. That coupled with big upfront sponsoring bonuses made it so the recruiting MLM prospects became the name of the game.

Your well meaning uplines realized the that you wouldn't have any of your own credibility to stand on since you no longer had to get customers to qualify you as a team builder so they told you to simply borrow theirs by "edify" them as the "go to" person and they would take care of the rest.

What this did was steal your professionalism from you and your potential prospects want to to business with a PROFESSIONAL, the Alpha not the MINIONS.

Sensing this, but not knowing fully what the problem is, you come off desperate, therefore your posture is weak and you subliminally repel good quality prospects.

Those 3 way calls and edification script prove only one thing: You have no concept of what "being a professional" was about.

A prospect can usually sense instantly if you are "missing" of "faking" your professionalism. Even if you are able to "fake it" with witty MLM pick up lines and techniques... without the right internal guidance... you are bound to "slip up" and make a mistake that reveals the TRUTH.

Even happened to you my friend? Happened to may more times than I'd like to admit...

When you pitch your business too soon or too quickly... or call to remind them too often about a meeting, a prospect gets the gut feeling that you aren't a REAL leader nor a professional.

And when that happens, the possibility for you sponsoring them is instantly not an option in their mind... and they can't control it.

An inner switch flips inside of your potential prospect, and it creates an invisible barrier... and even though that process and the barrier are invisible, they are still very real... and very obvious to them.

Without this issue handled, the only way to get anywhere with a prospect is becoming a master of PRETENDING to be someone... and/or using techniques like 3 way calls, pushing tools like magazines and tapes to cover up your lac
