How does one grow without pain?

I am a new member to the community. So, as all new members I've bin doing alot of reading and researching about this industry.

There seems (In my opinion) to be a common theme among people who have reached great sucess in this industry. They all have come to a crossroads in there journey.  When having to move forward would mean overcoming old behaviors and stepping out side the box(comfort zone).

I have come to believe that sucess in this industry is the same as any other, You have to believe in yourself and that you have to be passionate about the buis. your in.

I own a small buis. and like many others put in long hours to keep it going. So the idea of having more free time was very appealing to me.

However, the paradox of course is that to get the freedom, you have to sacrifice your "free time" to get it!

Which brings me to my question of ,are there ways to having sucess in this industry without all the growing pains?

I Have not found or herd of a way without the Growing pains. Sadly every success story has the pains or it wouldn't be a success story! The great thing about it though is it doesnt't have to take you 65 years it could be as little as 1 year or 5 however you spend your year! The only advice I can leave you with is EDUCATE yourself! Thats what I am doing right now because without the knowledge you can only go so far. But can you Elaborate more on what you understand as growing pains? Maybe you could use your business that you already have running as an asset to your business!

The pain of success

It is all a part of the growing experience. Mistakes are as much a part of the learning experience as a formal education. Learning combined with your effort (labor) will cause you both pain and pleasure. Both are unavoidable.

If you have a strong enough desire you can tolerate the pain.
