How my business grew by 397 people and $100,000 in less then 28 days...

Let me show you what we did to grow our business by 397 people and an extra $100,000 in 28 days.

 I hope this information will help you and you can use it to do the same. I am pretty excited about it as I expect to develop another two 6 figure income earners in the next 8 weeks.

 Can you imagine your business growing by over 397 people during the month of December, a time when people are spending money on everything else and generally NOT MLM and other products.

Well this is what happened for us in the last 28 days. It was the most explosive December I have ever experienced. In a time when we would normally go back in volume due to customers stopping their orders to buy Christmas presents, we grew, actually business exploded. My business grew in volume by over $100,000 in under 1 month.

Let me take you through the process and hopefully it will help you utilize a similar strategy for your team and see even better success:

1. Cast a Vision - what is this I hear you ask. Well it is quite simple. All the way through history people have followed a leader. Someone that was able to get to the very heart of a community and meet their need. Unfortunately there were some pretty evil people that did this as well, we will focus on the good ones  :D

When there is a vision that people can believe in, they will follow it.

There is a key to casting a successful vision, it is what Mike has done here and many other 6 & 7 figure income earners do, they are continually putting the vision in front of the people and helping them achieve whatever the WIIFM (what is in it for me) is for them. If you are not able to help them achieve this, they will leave your vision and join another.

 So cast a vision, make it something they can follow and believe in. You will need to believe in it whole heartedly as well for others to follow. If you don’t, they will know and you will turn around and there will be no one there.

 The vision we cast was around a product, how simple it was to market using our system and the potential it had for the people to achieve their dreams by going to work.

2. Getting the Stories - I then had to get three stories.

 Story One was of how the product was working for me and other people. Obviously a 'Product Testimony".

Story Two was me actually going to work and enrolling new people, which I did, I enrolled 10 people in 4 weeks.

Story Three was I needed those new people to actually get their own stories on the product and with the business. I looked for someone to be my story for the month, someone I was going to put most of people under and give them a head start. I do this every month...This person not only enrolled a heap of people themselves but achieved the first leadership level and made close to a thousand dollars and growing

3. Broadcast the good stuff - Now I tell the world what is happening. Remember people follow a leader. If your business is not growing ask yourself a very hard question, am I actually working? When I say working I mean, are you prospecting and recruiting people every week? If you are not, you are not working. It is very easy to get busy but not productive. This is something for another time though.

So I was sending text messages, emails and phone calls with the success stories I was seeing. This was ESSENTIAL...people were getting on fire and wanting to go to work, so they DID NOT MISS OUT...again this is another article...I was using OTHER PEOPLES stories not just my own. You see if people are always hearing about your success and never hearing about others, they will think, “Well of course they can do it….”

4. Weekly Vision Casting Calls - I then used weekly conferencing calls for the leaders we are developing to plug their new people into. This way EVERYONE was hearing the same message at the same time and getting excited. They would then go from that call and get to work so they could be one of the success stories next week or on the emails going out.

5. Recognize a Job Well done - Find the small things that you can recognize. It can be that a new person prospected their first person, someone got started their first person, someone reached a new level. Whatever it is, find something to celebrate and recognize.

6. Develop a "Simple and Duplicatable System" - The question people will always ask 'Is it simple and can I do it?" you need to be able to give them a resounding YES. So from day one I had a very simple system they could use that allowed my business to grow like it did and continues to.

People just followed the system and made more money in their first 4 weeks then they thought possible when they first entered the business.

7. Continue the work - Even though it is Christmas and new years tomorrow, there is still work to do. In the past 2 days the momentum is still growing with another 27 people joining...Now my role continues to be the same. I will be one of the top enrollers every month, not for any other reason but to lead by example. How can I expect others to do things I am not? 

8. Incentivize – I put a small incentive in place. It was only $500 to the person who enrolled the highest number of people in a 4 week period that had a monthly order. The winner was a lady who enrolled 25 people in 4 weeks. She was the top enrolled in the WORLD. I was posting my results as well. The “Driver Personalities” were more interested in beating me then winning the money

Let me give you the results from our team last month and expectation for 2009:

We had 3 out of 6 WORLDS TOP ENROLLERS because of this system and training.

We had 397 people get started in 4 weeks during Christmas.

Our Volume grew by over $100,000 in 4 weeks.

 We expect to develop a new 6 figure income earner in our business every 8 weeks during 2009.

 So what did I do in bullet point:
