As Networkers we explore our community here at Better Networker. We make Friends, Business Associates and we mentor those who would like to run a successful business. Why do we spend so much time connecting with others, reading their articles, and learning their story?
We are here to build a strong successful team not just for ourselves and our future but for the future of all those working with us. It is essential that we train ourselves well, know the in's and out's of network marketing. Understand Why 97% -97% are failing! They invest their time and hard earned money on so many systems that do not take care of their own Team. The 3% that have made a great success at this business Take care of their Team. Greed and Speed ruin a business.
It takes time to get to know individuals to know what drives them, why they are working so hard to succeed.
I have been one of the fortunate ones who was trained by someone, to run a successful Business with no strings attached--- how many times have you heard that one..... and then been advertised to??
They shared their knowledge and experience with me. Why? Because it was shared with them.
Why do I share with others of my own free will? Have you heard of the Law Of Attraction that many speak about. If you start making goodwill your action then the right people just come your way -not because you sold them Because you took the time to train them as some has trained you.
Build a Team - not all will want to join your business-- - However, you will know that you have helped another member of our community to succeed!!

I agree - People are what are important
If you expect to win in network marketing - Rocki and Melinda are right on that you have to care enough for the people on your team to TRULY get to know them and what they are doing this for - what is their REAL goal. When someone tells me their "why" - I keep asking why until I get to their heart. What is the real reason they want something? You'll never know unless your people can trust you with the real answer!
