How to built a $114,000 Asset in 90 days.

I remember about 2 decades ago I purched my first house in Ottawa, Canada. The price tag... $114,000.

When I bought the house, I was working for a printing company and wondered how the heck I would ever pay it off.

Most people purchase their homes and they spend the next 20, 25 or even 30 years working for someone else to pay of their homes and build up a tangble asset.  20 to 30 years???

How about building up an asset of say $114,000 part time without involving duplication?

Would this be a useful concept for you to share with your team?

OK here goes... Only in the wonderful world of network marketing.

Let's assume (for example) you market a product that has an autoship of $100.00.

Now you can figure out for yourself what your % profit is, however for this example let's say you earn 5% on your persoanl enrollees (1st level) 15% on your second and 5% on your 3rd.

OK Here is the 114,000 question:

Suppose within 90 days you could enroll only 6 people and then show them what you did to enroll 6 too.

1st level = 6 X $100.00 X 5% = 30.00

2nd level 36 X $100 X 15% =$540.00

That's a total of $570.00 monthly residual ongoing income every month.

Here is why this represents a $114.000 asset.

If you could find a way to save $114,000.00 and you could find a very generous bank to give you say 6% annual interest...

The monthly revenue before taxes on your $114,000.00 based on 6% would be approximately $570.00 per month.

Now... do you think it would be easier to enroll 6 and teach them what you did to gain and extra $570.00 or save up for 20, 25, or even 30 years to accomplish the same end result?

And that's what is so amazing about our industry. We all have the ability to create a real asset that can pay us ongoing monthly income, even on a casual part-time basis.
