How To Establish Rapid Rapport with Anyone in 4 Easy Steps

Books and books can be written on how to develop good relationships. So what I want to cover here is a very easy, proven method to build fast rapport with someone you just meet.

It may sound like common sense but as a successful Upline used to say, “If common sense is so common why don't more people have it”. Point is, we know it but, do we do it.

So the first key to rapid rapport is SMILE. A simple smile can open more doors than a ordinary face. Try it for a day and see how friendly people around you become.

Our second key is use the person's name in your conversation. People love to hear their name in a positive tone. If you are meeting someone again that you have forgotten their name, simply ask them to remind you of their name.

This sounds better than “oh sorry I forgot your name”. Once you know it, use it and write it down later so you will remember it.

Third key to building rapid rapport is to LISTEN to others. If you want others to like you, listen to others much, much more than talking. And if you are perceived by others that you are not truly listening, it will surly have the reverse affect and will be virtually impossible to gain rapport.

Some people are shy at first. By asking positive questions about their everyday life you will find that the person you just met will open up to you. Life is just better when we enjoy those around us, and we all have a desire to be heard.

Lastly view the person you have just met as a friend. This mental attitude will show up to others and your new friend will warm up to you. Don't talk about anything negative and enjoy yourself.

This is a great start to building fast rapport with others. Apply these simple tactics to rapport building, not only will it help business, but all your relationships will be positively influenced.
