[u][/u] >:( Look, I get that maybe something was wrong on our part...but we were calling Canada to try to get the kinks out and we ended up with a system that went no where for us...if you can help us correct the problem -we'd be more than happy to give it a second chance... however if memory serves me well at the time we ordered the product it was not Mac compatable...we then had a Dell -we now have a Mac...so now what? - on a fair note -the process as explained in the material we received was amazing...we know about the _ group/s...get what we are saying here? -wink! wink! but we just needed al little more one on one and we didn't get it...Are you willing to get our info and help us out so that we can actually utilize the system? The stuff we learned about the group/s blew us away...can we find a middle ground to try to correct the probem for a win-win here?
