I Don't Know....
What do you do when a potential prospect asks you a question that you don't have an answer for?
If you are anything like me in the beginning of my mlm career then you would try to answer the question with some sort of an analogy or a off topic answer.
This is the wrong direction. The best thing you can do is tell the prospect the truth. " That's a great question John and I have never been asked that before so, I don't know, but hold on a second I'm going to call my business partner, he knows everything about that subject and I want to know the answer myself". Doing this will give you a great segway into a three way call and your prospect will appreciate the honesty. The worst thing you can do with a prospect is to lose his/her trust. If you are honest then your prospect actually gains respect for you and when you find out the answer their trust rises even more.
Don't be a know it all. Tell the truth and your closing ratios will rise.
