Makes perfect sense

If it takes a new Network Marketer three times longer, and has to work 3 times harder for the same income, yet is not assured of hanging on to it, that's the definition of "No Brainer."  Yet many still have their pride...

You're so right!

Way to go on adding value to the community, Juanita. Examining the compensation plan is vital. Also, knowing how to get out if the plan does not meet with your approval upon examination. It's better to get out soon and look for something better, than to work your tail off for little or no return. Know where your escape hatch is, and learn what questions to ask next time.

Good Info!

This is good information Juanita! Certainly something to think about for new Network Marketers and/or anyone who's found themselves in a dead end company.  Can't wait to read your information on finding leads!

Thanks.

Getting Paid

If I remember correctly that is why we joined a company in the first  palce was to make money. Check your P&P and Your Comp. Plan see if your are ever going to amke any money if you can't figure it out ask your upline if they won't tell you a straight answer. Ask us we will help you figure it out. NO charge.

Great information Juanita

How many people read the terms and conditions and think that is all I need to know?  Thanks for reminding us that the Policy and Procedure Manual/Document is something completely different.

Everyone taught me what to think ...

But when I met you Mama, you taught me How to think..   8 years in the wilderness and near 20K flushed down the toilet because I did what they told me.  I trusted them without taking a serious look at the vehicle I was driving.  This is very serious business and when it comes to "Owning Our Life" it is vital to know how hard you will have to work and if the company has integrityor not.  I found my home and there is nowhere else I need to even consider going.

Thank you for your excellant leadership and support!

Education

People are looking for the truth. Listen to Juanita, ask questions about your P&P and compensation plan. Make sure there are no GOT CHA's. Most people do not realize their struggle and frustration is not their fault. We want to build this business big and build it ONCE.

One Quick Comp Plan Note

Hey Juanita,

Just as a matter of interest to everyone ...

Whether your company's compensation plan has a "termination clause" or NOT, the company still reserves the perrogative to terminate you at will.  So please help people to understand that having no termination clause is NOT A GUARANTEE that they can never be terminated.  That simply isn't true and can be very misleading.

Happy New Year!

Well I must Disagree with Melanie

Why is it in there if it does not have to be?  Very Intresting?

Hey Melanie

While I applaud your efforts to correct a misconception about P&Ps, those who are serious about network marketing will learn that type of information as their business acumen sharpens. Working with those who have the desire to become an entrepreneur makes network marketing fun !

Legal ease

The originator of a contract hold 100% of the power unless given away by contract. What you want to know is if there is any protection for you in all those words. in most cases the answer is no.

A good representative contract will spill out exactly the grounds for dismissal. The courts will interpret that to mean that all rights were given to the rep except those stated in the contract. That takes 3 to 4 pages.
