Is there a way to sponsor hundreds of reps and not to fool them?

Hi. My question might sound strange a little bit, but there's a reason why I am asking this and I'll be thankful for any of your opinions.

I live in a country with no Mike Dillard, no Magnetic Sponsoring and no Lead generation companies. There's actually no competition on keywords like "work from home", you can be the first on major search engines within 2 weeks. You may imagine MLM conditions in my country like in USA in 1998.

Yet the traditional way of doing business (posting signs, calling your friends and family etc.) is not very effective either. I also tried to build MLM business the old way and I wouldn't like to experience it anymore.

But what should I do??? Is there any useable system?

I have studied internet marketing, copywriting and especially SEO so there's no problem for me to build a website and drive massive traffic to it. I have even worked as a copywriter for a couple of months.

But what now? If I emulate Mike Dillard and tell them the truth about network marketing, they will probably start to beg me to join my business. Great. But what now? What should I tell them to do? To do the same? To sell generic information about MLM? But that doesn't have any connection to my primary MLM biz anymore.

The easiest way I see would be to use internet marketing and copywriting to sponsor hundreds of reps into my primary MLM business opportunity and let them struggle 3-12 months with the old fashioned MLM approach and sponsor 1-3 new reps and then quit. It wouldn't be hard to do this at all - because as I said - there is no real competition on the internet in my country.

But I would feel like a cheater because actually I would tell them to do something I personally hate and don't do anymore.

So what would you if you were me?

Is there a way to sponsor hundreds of reps without fooling them?

Hi Karel,

Wow, I can feel from your post that you have the makings of becoming a great leader in your primary opportunity.

Mike Dillard is a pro when it comes to sponsoring and I suggest you get his manual.

People join people, they do this because you have a solution to their problem and they want that solution solved. Once they come through your sales funnel you will constantly build up a rapport with them which will keep you prospect or customer in your funnel. At this stage you can either bring them into your primary opportunity OR enhance them into becoming leaders by them duplicating your system.

It's all about building friendships. You will only get what yu want when others get what they want. That's why BN is here, building friendships and helping people like you. It's also about making money too.

95% of distributors fail in their primary opportunity because they are told vomit their primary opportunity over their 100 strong warm market (family and friends). Right? What happens? You start to lose credabilty and they give you a wide birth. You are then told to post flyers and all that crap on cars and shopping malls etc. Then told to buy leads to vomit all over them too! It's crazy!!

Mike Dillard knows how to prospect without a doubt. If you adopt his way of prospecting and your customers want your business then that's great! Then put them through the same Mike Dillard system and here's why.

  1. Your customers/prospects will thank you for it.
  2. They will learn how to be successful just like you.
  3. They will make money from the sale of his products which cover the cost of advertising helping them to explode their potential.
  4. They will stay in your sales funnel because you are looked upon as a leader and they will follow you.
  5. You will have gained their trust and no matter which busness you walk into, yourpeople will follow.

NEVER vomit your primary opportunity. People don't like to be sold to.

Why solve persons problem with another problem? It doesn't make sense. That's what the top earners do. They provide a solution, build up trust and then bring them into their opportunity.

It's a slow process. Mike Dillard says would you rather sponsor 10,000 people who don't have a clue about the industry or sponsor 10 who do. I would go with 10 any day.

You can get a 7 day video bootcamp here http://neilclark.magneticsponsoringonline.com Then get the manual. You will get access to all Mike's secrets.

Hope this helps.

Absolutely

I'd suggest reading the ebook Success In 10 Steps by Michael Dlouhy.  It will shed a lot of light on how to sponsor good people, and not cheat them.

You can download it here:  Success In 10 Steps

Hope that helps!

You're So Right !

Karl,

You have already started on your way to success by having the right kind of attitude and the right kind of mind set. You have studied and done your research, you have taught yourself how to market on the internet and drive people to your website. You are well on your way. The greatest thing I saw in your article is that you really do want to treat people fairly and right and not deceive them. That's great and will get you a long way!

I agree with the rest of those posted comments about the advice they gave you. Just be honest with your reps that your recruit and let them know exactly what they're getting into with whatever business you have but also let them know the rewards and the lifestyle that comes as a result of that. Good people and good reps are willing to sacrifice what they have to in order to achieve what they want to.
