Is this the Death of Magnetic Sponsoring?

Here we are on the Magnetic Sponsoring site, what

has become the "Holy Grail" of network marketing.

And, for good reason. Up until now, it has been the only truly successful way to build a business.

People like to know who they are working with... they like to work with a leader... and Magnetic Sponsoring teaches you how to do that.

So, how dare I ask a question that hints at the death of Magnetic Sponsoring??

Well, first, consider these statistics:

When someone starts a Franchise, their chance of success is 80%.

However, when someone starts ANY OTHER kind of business, EVEN one in a field he is an expert in... there is a 97% chance of FAILURE!

Now, let me ask you an honest question. Ready?

If the start up costs were equal (which up until now they have NOT been)- would you rather start a Franchise (with the 80% chance of success)? Or, would you rather roll the dice and hope you are one of the 3%?

Most logical people would choose the first option -- to start the franchise.

BUT, up until now, the start-up costs for a Franchise are in the neighborhood of 100K PLUS.

Which put Franchise ownership out of the reach of most people wanting to start a new business.

Up until now.

However, something new has now reared its head -- the First Home Business Franchise and it is ROCKING the Network Marketing Indstry.

Ty Coughlin and his Inner Circle have released what is being called the first Home Business Franchise, and just look at some of these results!

CASE STUDY #1:

"Plugged the Reverse Funnel System into the same EXACT promos that I sent to my other program and split tested the traffic flow and results.

Traffic was same. (same ads, same target market)

Opt ins were dramatically different: 20-25% for other top tier program. 30 - 40% for RFS system... hmmm? Good stuff.

Results with other programs: 1 sale and a number of prospects that want to talk to me and set up follow up appts for other program.

Results with the RFS: 2 confirmed sales (never spoke to prospect. they email me that they're in) and 2 lined up (just getting the funds together)"

CASE STUDY #2:

"for every 50 people that opt.in to the Reverse Funnel System... I make $50 application sale... and for every 150 people that opt.in... I make a $3k sale"

CASE STUDY #3:

"In Ty Coughlin's Reverse Funnel System , 50% of the people that pay for the application upgrade to the $3k level"

CASE STUDY #4:

"Before the Reverse Funnel System , our team had a 2% success rate for new reps. Now, after switching to the RFS... new reps are experiencing an 80% success rate! Same PRODUCT, Same TRAINING. Dramatically Different RESULTS!"

NOTE: These results are being experienced by DIFFERENT marketers, all of whom have taken THEMSELVES out of the picture, and are leaving the rest to the Reverse Funnel AUTOMATED system!

Strange.

I know.

Especially Case Study #4 .

Now, I can almost guarantee that the %2 who were meeting with success before the Reverse Funnel were using Magnetic Sponsoring.

But what about the 78% who were failing before the implementation of the Reverse Funnel, but are now meeting with success? What suddenly changed for them?

Nothing, except for the introduction of the Reverse Funnel (and their bank accounts!)

So, what makes Ty Coughlin's Reverse Funnel so different from other home based busineses?

Actually, he has taken the focus away from the product, and placed it on himself. Which, really is Magnetic Sponsoring!

But the huge difference is that it is not left up to the individual reps to be the "magnetic".... nope, the already very successful and rather cute "Ty" serves as the "Magnetic Sponsor", the "brand".

And the reps just plug into it, just as you would if you purchased a McDonald's.

The owner of a McDonald's does not market himself -- he markets McDonald's

The owner of the Reverse Funnel System does not market himself -- he markets Ty.

And, just like any franchise, the Inner Circle provides all the training and marketing materials at a company wide left. NOTHING is left to chance. So, it's not left up to individual teams to see that reps get the training they need to make their "franchise" successful!

Will this work forever?

Not with the current product & comp plan!

What do I mean by that?  Well, the RFS is marketing a product called Global Resorts Network (GRN) -- which sells LIFETIME, will-able memberships in a network of condo-type resorts - and there are NO annual renewal fees.

Can you see the flaw here?

I can see two.

One is that, even though GRN is International AND it involves travel, there is a very limited number of people who prefer traveling to condo-type resorts.

And, two .... the memberships are LIFETIME and will-able.

So, while there is nothing wrong with marketing this great product as a "product".... I can't actually market it as a long-term busines opportunity that will produce any kind of long-term residual income.

But the new model works -- doesn't it?

Yes, the new "Franchise" model does seem to work. That's why it has been adopted by other groups such as Carbon Copy Pro.

Only difference is that Carbon Copy Pro DID  pick a product that can produce the long term residual that network marketers are interested in.

So, while I'm not ready to give up on the idea of Magnetic Sponsoring just yet... I can multi-task!
