It's a Wonderful Life! Puerto Rico, California Sierra's, Georgia, hmmm
I recently sold all my real estate holdings, and became a professional full time network marketer on the internet, plus MLM coach and mentor, not to mention my side profession as Caretaker and property management.
What this combination of professions has done is created freedom and flexibility in my life that I've never even imagined possible! I can pretty much pick and choose where I want to live, and who I want to work with, as long as there is high speed internet I'm good to go!
As I grow into my prime, I will continue to build my freedom, time, financial, relationships, compare that to the work an hour get paid an hour, and work until you die lifestyle. We are all so fortunate to be involved in an industry that can give you a walk away residual income, a rock star--movie star income!
Lately I've been using my education and skills to help others evaluate what they are doing, so they won't spend years and untold dollars building something that won't exist 2 years from now, much less be around to pass on to the family when you go. Sometimes it hurts when people give their company an honest evaluation, and find out that its not going to provide them what they expected, or worse yet, its a down right scam!
It's like getting kicked in the gut I know, because I've felt the same thing, when I discovered it would take 3--5 thousand active individuals in my organizaton just to earn a measly ten thousand a month. I walked! It only hurts a little while, then the realization takes hold that its better to feel a little hurt now, then get into it 2 years later, when you have a substancial organization and or income you have to walk away from, or asked to retire in a nice email.
I don't tell you the truth, I teach you where to find it, and let you discover the truth. Isn't it better to know the truth when you wake up in the morning, verses learn the truth at the end of the day?
Who wants to meet my friend, who had a 50 k monthly income taken away from her do to a gotcha clause in the policies and procedures? She's struggling to start over, and surviving on peanuts after living a millionair lifestyle. It's not fun to have to do that! She didn't bother to read and evaluate it before checking the damn box!
Back to my difficult choice, where do I want to live next, a tropical island paradise, California Sierra foothills 5 acre horse ranch, a golf community near the beach? hmmmm Those are the kind of difficult choices I get to make, now that I've found the truth, and the freedom that comes with it!

Hey Paul I would personally pick the golf community near the beach, you could still scuba dive on the water holes.
