KEEPING YOUR TEAM INTACT

With any compensation plan, as with any successful business, it is important to keep your team
members in place. If you are losing team members as rapidly as you gain them, your net effect is zero.
Here are some keys to keeping your team intact:
 
• Make sure all Reps on your team and sold by your team receive their Agent Credentials.
 
• Ensure that 100% of Reps attend Company presentations.
Build their business, benefit from potential savings, Let them
Know about saving on their taxes.
 
• Get them to plug into training and motivation calls.
 
• Encourage them to place ads and role play the response
 
• Help them contact people they know about being customers and/or opening their website.
 
• Focus on their goals, not yours.
 
Plug them into a system easy enough to duplicate.
