Leaders Teach Others to Lead

How important is it to develop business leaders in your online business?

Let's put it into a very easy image for you now.

Imagine you were in charge of a very powerful business, with 100's or even 1,000's of workers.

Now, imagine that you were in charge of making sure EVERYTHING was working perfectly. Hours upon hours of endless work, more work piling up daily.

Now, imagine if you could train of these workers to become LEADERS who are in charge of making sure everything works for a smaller group, maybe 10 or 20 people per group now.

Your workload just shrunk significantly, maybe even up to 90% less work!

And we all know that less work means less stress, which stress is NOT good for you ;-)

Duplication in business is what defines a true leader. If you can teach others to do what you do as well as you do it, YOU are a successful leader.

This may go against everything you may think, "If I teach someone to do my job, then I'll lose my job."

The truth with that is that the more you TEACH people, the more they look to you as a leader and respect you more, as well as you end up with more money in your bank account. By Teaching others to do your job, you can begin spending more time with your family, traveling, doing whatever your heart may desire.

I personally am working in the Network Marketing Industry and realized that by teaching others to do what I do, I in turn become more successful. Also, those who I teach, become very wealthy!

It seems like life is just perfect. It isn't as difficult as you think either. All it takes is some self discipline, a system that teaches others to do exactly what you do, and they can do it!

I love my job and love working with people who are serious about becoming leaders and really helping others to do the same.

Remember, TEAM - Together Everyone Achieves More.
