what is the true leadership?
Hai every one speech about leadership in MLM industry. But what must be that quality? Weather people has inherent Leadership Quality? I think everyone do not have that quality By birth. So those who say that I am not that person who has the power to lead; to my dear brothers and sisters who get out of this Industry I say You dont to be a leader atonce. Training can convert you to leaders. Thats what happening in MLM. You catch the Opportunity that comes to you. Work with your peer group sincerly.You can win.Teaching , Learning is the process that every leader comes through. Learn, Learn, Learn,....... is the manthra of success. in MLM. Never think that you have learned. Many proffessionals come to MLM to fail. Because they had the ego. I am so and so a person and I know all these things that they speech there. Thats correct , but the thing is that you dont have it to your concious sense. You have never taken it seriously. But those who come from poor background will take it seriously , because they need to win. They will take the studies seriously. Thats it. Pls comment on this from all over world. Leadership Quality in MLM
You have mention that we have to Learn learn and learn and that is true but far from being the truth is what are we learning? Are we studying the right subject or are we acquiring knowledge base from the authors imagination. We must be careful in what we are studying, there are so many so called leaders in MLM posing as if they really know what is the true essence of being a leader.
What is a Leader or what are the qualities of a leader? A leader in MLM industry is the opposite of leaders in a company.Leaders are servant in this industry. Serving others to attain their dreams and goals and must be equipt with not only head knowledge but also emotional inteligence
