Look at All This!

Working online isn’t always easy. And it’s real easy to get distracted and lose precious time. Think about all the emails you get, all the offers and other programs. It may tempting to join some of those.  It wouldn’t be too hard to just start joining  a lot of programs that would help you with your business. In most cases they would help. These are people just like you and me, working hard to get their product out to the masses. And most of them are very legitimate.

The point is if you join a bunch of things, you risk the chance of spreading yourself too thin. There are only so many hours in the day and if your spending all day setting up all this stuff when do you get to work on your main biz? If you join anything it should be something that works towards your business such as traffic exchanges, social marketing, reading, posting ads, whatever (which can take up a lot of time in itself, but that’s another blog for later). But I wouldn’t keep joining systems unless it’s something you really want to, something that’s more attractive to you than what you already have. If that’s the case, I say go for it, but you may want to think about dumping the one you had.

Whatever you decide to do, you must focus if you want to succeed. Keep with something and run with it as long as you can. Focus and persistance will be a huge help in succeeding with online businesses. It really doesn’t matter what the product or system is. It’s the person running it. If you keep bouncing around and joining everything, you’ll never get anywhere. Focus. Put all your energy into your biz and anything that brings traffic to it.

Remember focus! So what are you waiting for? Get to work!

List your 'Favourites'

It's so true! The internet is such a busy place, and whenever we click here, subscribe here, we're getting into email lists and bombarded with content that is maybe not relevant to us ... but we feel compelled to read it!

Focus is the key! Agree whole heartedly. I like to organise my 'Favourites' list of websites accordingly. I have Network Marketing, Social Networking, Email, Finance and To Do Daily. This way I stay focused, and know which to do first ... and when and why! :-)

Thanks for the article. Claire Mosley.
