Look for people who are looking for you.

When building your own network marketing business what you need to know is that people join people. They don’t join a vitamin or travel business. They join because you have shown them that you are worthy of their time, money and effort. 

The types of people you want to attract are coachable with a strong work ethic and a strong desire to succeed. You will recognize them because they will tell you what they want and why. They will tell you what they are willing to do to become successful.

If you run into someone who already has a web of people who follow them and they are unhappy with their current opportunity or business this can catapult you to a greater  income very quickly because there is already a relationship of  trust established. There is already a relationship period. Relationship building is and must be the foundation of creating a successful long term business with a very low attrition rate. You can create trust just by association with already successful people.

Look for people who are looking for you. When you find them, mentor them and train them to build their own web so that it just grows and grows. Give them value. What kind of value you ask? Show them how to develop relationships with people. Show them how to ask the right questions that demonstrate that they care about this person and what it is they are trying to achieve. Ask them what their “why” is. Why do you want to have your own online business? The “why” will carry people through the really tough or down time.

My “why” was because I wanted to never have to work for someone else again. I did not want to have to put up with back stabbers, stupid bosses, gossip mongers and employees who were just plain awful to work with all around. When I thought about going out into the corporate world again I got really motivated to make my at home business work. I wanted to be proud of myself. I wanted to be able to help others be proud of themselves too.

Make yourself more valuable by learning as much as you can to help others.
