Everybody knows that if you want to stay at the top of your game, you have to stay and the top of the market trends.

The babyboomers are known to be our biggest trend setters.  Industries have also been created due to this generation (i.e. Assistive Devices).  They also dominate over 60% of all the money.

Health-This industry has already began to see significant growth with natural vitamins and dietary supplements that have allowed many seniors to disengage from using prescribed drugs and medications.

Aging Products-Looking younger are going to be tremendous trends. The boomers do not like what aging is doing to them, so products that fend off aging as well as vatinty issues will boom.

Business that focus on retirement issues will boom. The only downfall will start with the boomers having enough money to retire.

Legal Matters and Estate Planning- This trend will clime extremely fast because of the way boomers procrastinate.

Security and Money-When the boomers witness their money fall into their hands of the state, instead of where they want it to go, it will kick this trend into the forfront.  Most will seek MLM.

Efficiencies boomers have always been for technologies that make life easier. These technologies will actually create entire industries.

Identity Theft-The computer created the need for anti-viral software. And the Internet has created a need for Identity theft protection and firewalls.

As side note, the babyboomers are not the only trend setters; they are just the largest and have most of the money.

Great content

Hi Raquel,

Just wanted to comment on your article.  The content was great and something that we all need to pass on to that large population.  It's amazing how they are the largest but often times most over looked in many industries.  I appreciate your sharing this information.

Two Good Points

You made two good points that  some may have  under estimated.

#1  babyboomers are procrastinators

#2  the money will fall into the hands of the state

Keep up the good work.
