Marketing Takeover Game Plan

Do you know what your business needs? 1.            Create a list on why your target market is perfect for what you have to offer. What do

                they need?

2.            Create a list on why your product is perfect for your target market. What value will           

               they receive?        

3.            Create a list of policies that you will follow daily. This list is personal to you. For      

               example you may have: contact prospect within 36 hours after connecting at an event, on

               your list.
 

4.            Create a marketing monthly budget which should include: training, stationary (business  
               cards, paper etc.), website (hosting, update), brochures/hand-outs, network membership
                products (development, purchase, creation), utilities, automobile, event fees, travel, 
                assistant/employees, food, postage, telecommunication, rent/mortgage, vehicle, insurance,  
                education

5.            Create a detailed calendar each month. Review your calendar and make changes or 
               additions weekly and daily.

6.            Create your team and determine how you will communicate with them.
 

7.            Create a self evaluation list so that you can measure your efforts.
 

8.            Make self care a part of your business.
 

9.           Create daily affirmations.
 

10.         Mind dump once a week to clear out the cob webs.
