5 Tips to Prepare for a Fall Harvest During the Lazy Days of Summer...
It's the kick-off of summer.
The Kiddos are out of school, and they are either home or shipped off to summer camp.
You feel it in the air.
The Lazy Feeling of Summer that just lingers in the atmosphere
as people, almost by auto-pilot, it seems, go straight
into Vacation Mode.
Barbeques, Pool Parties and Long Days at the beach is the first thing on most people's minds.
The Very Last thing most people want to do is - WORK.
Except for the Entrepreneur.
That Crazy freak of nature is planning on how they can reap a generous harvest in
the fall when things go back to 'normal' and the kids go back to school and everyone
is back to work.
EVERYTHING HAS A GESTATION PERIOD
Here is something to consider before you grab your favorite flip-flops
and Power down your PC for the rest of the Summer.
As with everything in nature.. (that includes you)...
Everything has a gestation period, meaning, just like a seed that you plant
into the ground... there is a time frame that seed must go through before
it sprouts out of the ground and you witness the fruits of your labor.
So in essence, there is a time-release effect to every action (or in-action) that
you put into motion.
Business, like the weather, has seasons.
The Summer is a time when alot of businesses are 'slow' because disposable
income is being used for vacations, or paying for kids daycare or summer camp
while parents keep working.
But rather than also falling into the slump, a smart business owner will take
advantage of this 'quiet time' and start feverishly 'planting seeds into the
ground' so that they can reap a generous harvest come fall.
Think about this for a minute.
If you focus on builing your business, including setting up your marketing
funnels and building your list... and it generally takes 5-7 exposures
to a prospect before they decide to buy anything...
Do you think it would be wise to take the summer completely off and wait till fall
to start building your business again?
Of course not.
If you did that..
It would take another 2-3 months before you saw any real results because
your actions are in their germination period.
So wouldn't it be more wise to start building, while everyone is playing,
so that when fall comes and people are scrambling, there you are already
prepared for the influx of customers and sales that are going to present
themselves later, if you begin preparing now?
Of course it would be, you smart Entrepreneur you! <wink>

that you can prepare for a generous Fall Harvest in your Business.
