A Newbie in the Land of online Internet Marketing - Help or Let's Go

Hi Josh Shapiro here, with my first article ...

I am not sure what the format is for articles so I will just share my thoughts and ideas,
and then hope I can put at the end an email and link, in case this article sparks interest,
as I got very clearly we are not suppose to actively promote our businesses but to
offer helpful advice.

So maybe this article will be fun and entertaining for other newbies like myself -- or
maybe it will get the attention of other more experience online entrepenuers or
marketers to make contact and have some mercy on a relative newbie.

For the last month, I do what I always do, when I learn something new, I pour myself
into it so I have decided since there are all these great tools out there on the internet,
and people are able to make extra income I would jump in - but I am not doing it
for the reason most people are doing it - yes we could use extra finances but it is
because we have huge projects to help create a more harmonious world and as I
am reading Mike Filsiame book on 7 Figure Secrets, he said when you do something
you must enjoy it and have passion.  My passion (being of the Aries folk) is to learn
about all the tools that are out and see how can we maximize them to create the
greatest benefit for the most people.

So I applaud the creators of this social community understand this key which is guiding
me all the way and is my motivation for being here now too - and this is the idea that when
we work together and help each other we all see the greatest success.  In this last month
of pouring myself into Internet Marketing and being a published writer and researcher,
reading books, studying website, going to webinars, talking with people - I see the basic
keys know how to develop a good business.

So here is my summation to newbies - and Mike said it in his book, forget about earning
any money initially - find what you love to do first, (your niche - for me its earning money
on the internet and making extra income) and then join the social networks, spend some
money (you have to if you want to have any success) on some products and get lots
of the free e-books and software (I probably have hundreds I have downloaded) and do
something -- either work on a list and use PLR and be an affiliate or try to find a program
they have done it all  for you (a website) and learn via their training (if they offer it) how
to bring traffic to the website.

For myself in this crazy intense time I have a service which provides me thousands of
followers on Twitter (but now I have to see and learn how to post - anyone out there
give a newbie a hand :-) ) - I have finally taken a PLR book using my writing skills and
transformed it - I have setup various websites, I started a newsletter on Aweber and
now have decided which programs or businesses to promote as well as affiliate products.
I got upset with one multi-millionaire who offered a course to teach us his method - he
made a big mistake that I complained loudly repeatedly and we had to drop, he showed
us what to do but not how to do it.  And now working with a company that offers
all the tools we need for marketing including hosting and another to see their system
of generating leads.

What a month but I have learned a lot and fortunately I work for myself and have the
time to devote to this.

But here is my challenge for the community and what will  be my ultimately contribution,
we need a combination of a video and e-book that shows not only step by step how to
create a successful business online (regardless ot the skill sets of the individual) but
that also tells the story step by step of how an individual achieved these results.

I know Mike Dillard has something to do with this community - I asked to be friends and
he agreed but whether I will ever get a chance to speak to him, who knows - but he is
an MLM guy and the new program I joined  MLMPro tells me I need one of his books,
so its coming but the key in MLM which I have tried before and not really had great
success is duplication - teach a simple system anyone can do and then teach them
how to put themselves into it.  Via MLMPro my sponsor or mentor saids the key is
to brand yourself (the head of MLMPro who I see in the videos is also here and agreed
to be my friend, so whether I speak to him or not too, we will see) - so each one of us
is unique and has our own special way to see the world.

Thus for me, I am truly a wandering jew - I have traveled all over the world, I have lived
in foreign countries - I am a pretty adaptable guy - but to know what the world has to
offer and the greatness within each person you meet is an amazing experience.

Anyway it is great to be here and I am now making contacts with good friends in
the online business community - perhaps we will become one too soon

but what I promise is, I don't know how to hold back, I am a teacher and I will share
with anyone all the keys I discover on this journey because if we each have the chance
to create our dreams, and we can do it regardless of the cost we can change the
world and inspire others
