How to get Quick Results in MLM before Frustration Sets In!

Today I want to talk about a marketing strategy that's a little bit contrarian to the "YOU, Inc." business model that most internet network marketers are fully aware of.

In case you don't know what I'm talking about, "YOU, Inc." is essentially about positioning yourself as an expert in particular market niche (in this case, network marketing) so that your best prospects can seek you out and benefit from your wisdom.

The problem with "YOU, Inc." is that it's not easily "duplicatable" (...I hate that word...) for new partners/distributors. I wouldn't do this business any other way, but it took me many months to learn and apply all the necessary skills to get Wayne, Inc up and running.

Some people will have the patience and the perseverance to learn how to do it. Others will feel overwhelmed, intimidated and frustrated by the process. Nevertheless, it's a good thing to help the new guy get results and momentum quickly, wouldn't you agree?

When we sponsor a new partner, we can take them by the hand through our systems. We can have some great back office training. We can have team meetings and/or conference calls. We can do the 3 way calls. This is all good stuff.

However, it's still up to the individual to do their own marketing and prospecting. We're hoping that our team members are making the best use of these tools while they're building their businesses on their own.

This means there is very little "leverage" in the beginning for the new guy. Leverage will only start to kick in when he or she has built a significant group.

It would be great to create an environment where a new partner can come into an organisation leverage the efforts of the existing team. They contribute a little bit of their own time and effort and/or money and generate new business leads in a much shorter period of time.

Can this be done? Absolutely. It happens through collaboration.

Recently, I started working on a project that will involve the collaborative efforts of team members in my upline and downline. It's a team project, and the goal is to get results quicker, especially for new people.

More important than results, it's about building a sense of community and fostering team spirit. This increases retention in the long haul and builds more stable wealth.

Another great thing is people are working in a mastermind environment, where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

So rather than building "YOU, Inc." or "ME, Inc.", it's building "WE, Inc.", which I believe, has the potential to be A LOT more powerful in terms of getting results quickly.

Perhaps you could give new team members a head start with their online marketing by getting them to contribute to your blog, rather than have them set up their own initially...

If you have successful advertising campaign going, perhaps you can get team members to contribute a small amount of money to that too in return for results...

Every opportunity to boost a downline's success level is a very exciting thing!
